Let’s Meet the COLLECTIVE Beauty Team
I'm Kayla, a proud mother, Cosmetologist, and woman of faith who has learned that some of life's most beautiful transformations happen from the inside out. My journey hasn't always been easy, but every challenge has helped shape the woman I am today. Being a mother is my greatest blessing and my biggest inspiration. My children are the reason I keep pushing forward, dreaming bigger, and showing up every day with strength and purpose. They remind me that resilience, love, and determination can carry us through even the hardest seasons. As a cosmetologist, I have the privilege of helping people see the beauty that already exists within them. It's more than hair, it's about restoring confidence, lifting spirits, and helping someone feel like the best version of themselves. There is something truly special about watching a person leave my chair standing a little taller and smiling a little brighter than when they arrived. I believe beauty is powerful, but confidence is life changing. My goal is to create a space where people feel seen, valued, and empowered. Through my work and through motherhood, I've learned that true beauty comes from embracing your story, owning your strength, and never giving up on yourself. Every day, I strive to lead with kindness, work with passion, and inspire others to believe in their worth, because no matter where you've been or what you've overcome, you deserve to feel beautiful, confident, and loved.
