A win-win upgrade! When DMH got a new ultrasound machine, the old one was donated to the Scovill Zoo. Human patients enjoy state-of-the-art technology while animal patients can stay in familiar surroundings for their diagnostic imaging. Makes exams less stressful for everyone from small birds to large mammals … and baby goats!

Congrats to our local scholarship winners! The Decatur Memorial Foundation awarded $36,000 in scholarships to students pursuing careers in healthcare and agriculture.
