New York + the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program was an unforgettable experience filled with growth, learning, and connection.

Thank you to everyone who sent love and congratulations. I’ve been recovering from being under the weather, but I’m back and so grateful for this milestone.

They set the rates. Now they run the registry?

Many therapists woke up to the news that CAQH the central provider data system required for insurance participation is now governed by a board made up of representatives from major insurance companies.

What does this mean for providers? We don't fully know yet.

What we do know is this: the mental health system does not function without therapists.

As providers, we have a responsibility to stay informed, advocate for ourselves, and continue advocating for the clients and communities we serve. Our voices matter. Our work matters. And our profession deserves a seat at the table.

This is a moment to lean into our power, know our worth, and stand firm in our commitment to ethical, sustainable care.
