Eight and a half years ago, while pregnant with my first daughter, I founded Revive Atlanta MD with a simple but powerful mission:

To create the kind of healthcare experience I knew women deserved. 🩷

As both a physician and a woman, I’ve seen firsthand how many women leave appointments feeling unheard, dismissed, or told that their symptoms are "normal" when they know deep down something isn't right.

Too often, women are given only a few minutes to discuss complex concerns involving hormones, fatigue, weight changes, gut health, mood, sleep, and overall wellness.

And too often, they leave without answers.

I wanted to create a different experience.

A place where women are truly heard.
A place where they are seen.
A place where their concerns are taken seriously.
A place where they know they have options.

Because you are more than a lab value.
You are more than a diagnosis.
And you should never feel like just another number in a doctor's office.

Thank you to every patient who has trusted me over the last eight and a half years. It is an honor to be part of your journey, and I remain committed to helping women find answers, reclaim their health, and feel empowered in their bodies.

It has been such a joy watching all three of my girls dance this year at the 31st Annual Kruti Dance Recital. 💖

I am incredibly proud of Soraya and Ayla for their discipline, growth, dedication, and commitment throughout the year. But my heart is especially full watching little Zaylee take the stage for her very first recital. Seeing her confidence blossom, her excitement shine, and her love of dance begin to grow has been something truly special.

The love of dance, the dedication, the energy, and the heart that all three of these girls bring to the stage absolutely melts my soul. Watching them perform with such joy reminds me why these moments are so precious.

I also want to take a moment to recognize and thank the amazing teachers who make all of this possible. Ms. Shemoni, Dina Aunty, and all of the wonderful Didis thank you for your patience, guidance, encouragement, and for inspiring these girls each and every week. Your hard work, passion, and dedication do not go unnoticed. You are helping shape not only dancers, but confident, resilient, and beautiful young women.

Thank you for another unforgettable year filled with culture, friendship, discipline, and so much joy. We are grateful beyond words. ❤️✨

So many women are stuck in restrictive eating patterns disguised as “wellness.”

Fatigue.

Your body is constantly communicating what it needs, what’s out of balance, and where support may be missing.

This is why I believe in looking deeper.

Because symptoms are not the enemy they’re clues.

Still thinking about what a beautiful evening the Allie Awards was this past Sunday ✨

A huge congratulations to my husband Jay on winning TWO awards, and to our dear friend Nirjary on winning FOUR awards such an incredible and well-deserved accomplishment. Watching both of you continue to raise the standard with excellence, creativity, leadership, and consistency is truly inspiring.

As fellow South Asians of Indian descent, it’s especially meaningful to witness this level of representation and success while continuing to break barriers and redefine what leadership can look like in this industry. So proud of you both 👏🏽

One of my favorite parts of the evening was seeing all of the nominees shine. The growth and evolution of this industry over the years has been incredible to watch, and I truly appreciate how thoughtfully and fairly the judging and competition are conducted. There is room for so many people to succeed, and nights like this are such a beautiful reminder of that.

Grateful for the conversations, the inspiration, the energy, and the opportunity to celebrate so many talented people doing extraordinary things. Atlanta truly showed up ✨🥂
