I had a wonderful fishing outing in North Myrtle Beach. We left at 6:00 a.m., and the temperature rose from 55°F to 85°F during the day. We traveled in a high-speed, 36-foot charter fishing boat and went about five miles offshore.
I caught 15 fish, mostly sea bass, including one that measured 17 inches. I also caught whiting, a shark, lizard fish and an octopus—but fortunately, I avoided getting bitten! The captain knew all the best fishing spots, which made the trip even more enjoyable.
Afterward, we had a great time in Myrtle Beach. The beach, food, and nightlife were all fantastic.
