We’re excited to introduce the Team Rehab Decatur Run Club!

Whether you’re training for your next race, chasing a new PR, getting back into running, or simply looking for a community to move with, we’d love to have you join us. Come put in some miles, meet fellow runners, and learn how to run stronger and recover smarter.

🎓 Congratulations, Becky!

Becky graduated Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Professional Writing.

Throughout her time at KSU, she brought energy, culture, and community to campus as a Group Fitness Instructor, leading Cycle Fuego and Guts & Butts, organizing and leading Spin Con Sabor during Hispanic Heritage Month, and teaching an outdoor reggaeton-themed Pilates class.

From themed rides to community runs, Becky created spaces where people felt welcomed, challenged, and connected. Whether leading a workout, co-leading a run club, or encouraging others to step outside their comfort zones, she has consistently used fitness and movement to bring people together.

We’re so proud of all you’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see what’s next. Congratulations, Becky! ✨🦉

Huge congratulations to Julian on graduating Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science! Whether he was serving as President of his school’s chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., building community through his campus run club, or supporting patients in the clinic, Julian consistently showed leadership, passion, and drive.
