Great class tonight, Monday night 630pm 20 plus people and I got to share my practice tonight with Sherry King tough and rewarding as always 90 minute Bikram Yoga, tonight I felt strong some nights. I don’t feel as strong no matter what I’m always glad I did it because ultimately I feel better after our class.
