We’ll be offering physical therapy along with Saturday recovery drop-ins featuring:

ATTENTION!! Another big announcement for us here at Birch's Performance Den. We have Partnered with Ball Physical Therapy & Performance - Decatur, IN. Dr. Ball and associates will now be Treating certain clients out of our Decatur location as well as doing drop ins for our members and the general public on Saturdays. Schedule to be announced. Treatment for drops ins will include: Dry needling, Cupping, Shock wave, ISATM (soft tissue mobilization), and Intermittent compression recover system by Normatec. Help me welcome Dr. Ball and Ball Physical Therapy, we are excited for this new partnership and a new way to help serve this community.
