Each person is a unique individual, whose life has brought him/her on a distinct journey. I don't believe in one-size fits all treatment. My focus is to work collaboratively with you, helping you to both change and accept different aspects of yourself. h to the best version of yourself. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, coping skills, and trauma. Supporting parents through the many developmental transitions of their children is a special interest of mine. I utilize evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and mindfulness therapies. Having lived in various regions of the country and abroad, I bring cultural, religious, and sexuality awareness to the table. I approach therapy with openness and sensitivity to the diverse individuals who walk through my door. I feel privileged to be brought into your journey.
