This September, Phoenix Senior Living communities are coming together for a special PSL Pays It Forward project in partnership with Atlanta Mission—and we’re inviting our families, friends, associates and community partners to join us!
Throughout the month, we’re hosting a Refurnish Project Drive benefiting My Sister’s House, Atlanta Mission’s shelter serving women and children as they work toward stability, independence and a fresh start.

Using the QR code on the attached flyer, you can purchase items from our curated wish list to help us refresh and renovate living spaces at My Sister’s House.

Even better? Every item purchased will be shipped directly to Atlanta Mission, and in October, members of the PSL Home Office team will roll up their sleeves and personally help install the items and transform these spaces.

At Phoenix Senior Living, we believe a safe, welcoming space can be an important part of beginning again—and together, we have an opportunity to create just that.

From fresh funnel cakes from The Funnel Cake Guys and snow cones courtesy of our wonderful friends at Agape Hospice, to cotton candy, popcorn, snacks, games, music, and lots of laughs — it was the perfect way to celebrate summer together! 🍧🍿🍭🎟️
The treats were sweet, but these smiles were even sweeter. ❤️ We loved seeing our residents, families, and team enjoying such a fun afternoon together!

There’s nothing like a little live music to get everyone moving! 🎶💙 yesterday, we had such a fun afternoon with the wonderful Gail Burnett! Our residents grabbed their tambourines, kept the beat, sang along to familiar favorites, and of course shared plenty of smiles and laughs along the way. 🥁✨

We love creating moments like these where our residents can not only enjoy the music, but be a part of it too. Thank you, Gail, for another afternoon filled with great music, wonderful memories, and so much joy! 🎤💙

Around here, our garden is truly a labor of love—and our residents are the ones behind it! From deciding what to plant and tending to the beds to watering, checking on new growth, and enjoying the harvest, our residents take an active role in keeping our garden growing. 💚

It’s more than just a beautiful space. It gives our residents a chance to get their hands in the dirt, share their gardening knowledge, spend time outdoors, and take pride in watching something they’ve cared for flourish.

Come along for a little garden tour and see what our resident gardeners have been growing! 🌱☀️

🎶💙 Generations Music is BACK! 💙🎶

Our residents have been counting down the days for our Generations Music Class with Music Together of Decatur to return, and today definitely did not disappoint! 🥹

As part of our Canoe Kids programming, Generations Music gives our residents the opportunity to connect with little ones in our community through music, movement, and lots of fun! There were smiles, singing, instruments, dancing, and so much laughter today — and even our CNA students joined in! 🥁🎵

There is just something so special about watching different generations come together and seeing how much joy these little ones bring to our community. We are SO excited to have this sweet program back and can’t wait for all the Thursday mornings ahead! 💛

Our Memory Care residents had a wonderful time during live music therapy with Kenya! From singing along to tapping their feet and sharing smiles, music has a beautiful way of sparking memories, encouraging connection, and bringing joy to the moment.

🦀🌽🦐 What a shell-ebration! 🦀🌽🦐

Yesterday our residents rolled up their sleeves and dug into a delicious seafood boil filled with shrimp, corn, potatoes, sausage, and lots of laughter! There’s just something about sharing a meal around the table that brings everyone together.

A huge thank you to our amazing dining team for making yesterday’s feast so special. ❤️

Life at The Retreat at Decatur is full of great food, great friends, and even greater memories!
