🇺🇸This Memorial Day, we pause to honor those who gave everything in service to our country.
💗I'm grateful to come from a family that answered that call.
🤜At Nordic Chiropractic, we believe in taking care of the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. Today we're reminded that so many have given their bodies, peace of mind, and spirit so that we could do just that.
🎉To all who have served, and to the families who carry their memory, thank you. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
✨Nordic Chiropractic will be closed Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day. We'll be back Tuesday from 7am-noon, ready to serve you.

🌞Summer in Decorah is something special. The trails are calling, the farmers market is back, Nordic Fest is just around the corner, and this town has a way of coming alive in the best possible way.
👨🏽‍🏫As the school year wraps up and the pace of life shifts, it's a great time to check in with your spine before the season gets into full swing. Whether you're biking the bluffs, hauling mulch in the garden, chasing kids at the splash pad, or just finally getting outside after a long Iowa winter your nervous system works hard to keep up with all of it.

I had a great time this past weekend at a continuing education class! I'm still digesting all the material but I did learn....
🙃the source of all stress is men. Ok, don't stress it's just an acronym-see the first pic!
💗took classes to sharpen my skills on adjusting babies
🔥Learned about women's health during peri/menopause
😴they also had a resting room at this conference with massage therapists, yoga mats, fresh water & fruit, low lighting, etc.

It's been great being back in Decorah this week!

PS-also got to travel and attend the class with my two besties from Chiro College, Anette & Nicole. We learned how to adjust on each other so you have them to thank for withstanding my work while I was still learning!
