Robotic Plasma Machine Operator | Full Time | Mackinaw, IL

Ready to Work with Cutting-Edge Steel Fabrication Technology?

At Titan Industries, we are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Machine Operator to operate our Robotic Plasma Machine in a fast-paced steel fabrication environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, advanced equipment, and being part of a strong team culture — this is the opportunity for you.

This is more than just a machine operator position. You’ll play a key role in producing high-precision structural steel components that help build major projects.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and maintain the Robotic Plasma Machine
- Cut and process structural steel beams and components
accurately and efficiently
- Load raw materials and move finished materials using an
overhead crane
- Configure and adjust machine programs for proper processing
- Read blueprints, CAD files, schematics, and production drawings
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools including calipers,
tape measures, and angle gauges
- Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards
during production
- Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Support production goals while contributing to continuous
improvement initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating CNC plasma cutting equipment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments
preferred
- Forklift or material handling experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Safety-first mindset and willingness to work hard every day

💰 Pay & Benefits
Starting at $25 per hour, based on experience. Paid Weekly!

Her dedication and leadership play a huge role in our continued success!

We are so proud of our team here at Titan Industries for hitting an incredible milestone of 1.7 million pounds of steel during the first quarter of 2026! Today we celebrated with a team cookout! ♨️

It was a great opportunity to connect outside of the day-to-day, welcome a few of our newest team members, and spend some time hearing from leadership about where we are as a company and where we are headed. The momentum is real, and the vision for 2026 has us motivated and ready to keep pushing forward.

Today, we introduce you to one of our newest team members, Alek Mack! 👏

Alek recently joined Titan Industries as a Material Handler at our Mackinaw shop. He plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by working closely with shipping, receiving, and fabrication teams to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the shop. 🔧

From loading and unloading steel to operating equipment like forklifts and overhead cranes, Alek helps ensure accuracy, organization, and safety every step of the way. He also supports inventory tracking and day-to-day coordination to keep everything on track. 📦✅
