📣 KSW New Hours Beginning June 22nd for the SuMmEr!

We are excited to announce updated office hours starting June 22nd to better serve our patients while also creating intentional time for our growing family.

One of the biggest changes is that we are now offering later Tuesday appointments for those who have difficulty making daytime visits.

New Hours:

🗓 Monday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🗓 Tuesday: 2:00 PM — 5:30 PM
🗓 Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🗓 Thursday: CLOSED
🗓 Friday: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

As many of you know, our family is beginning a new homeschooling journey this year. These updated hours allow us to be present for our children while continuing to provide the quality care our patients deserve.

We are grateful for your continued support and are excited to offer a broader range of appointment times throughout the week, especially for those needing afternoon and evening availability.

⏰ A Friendly Reminder About Respecting Appointment Times & Communication

At Kelley Sports & Wellness, we value every patient’s time — and we ask that you value ours as well.

When appointments are missed or canceled at the last minute, it prevents other patients from receiving care during that time slot and impacts our ability to serve the community effectively.

Please remember:

✔️ Provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
✔️ No-shows and last-minute cancellations take away appointment opportunities from other patients who may be waiting to get in.
✔️ Business-related communication should occur during normal business hours whenever possible.

Effective immediately, appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice and no-show appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We understand that life happens, emergencies arise, and circumstances can be outside of your control. For first-time occurrences, we will typically provide a friendly reminder of our policy. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in cancellation fees being enforced.

If you need to contact us outside of office hours, please send a text message or leave a voicemail.

📱 One call or message is sufficient.

There is no need to repeatedly call multiple times at 5:00 AM, 6:30 AM, 10:00 PM, or other late-night or early-morning hours.

Like many of you, we have families, children, church commitments, and personal responsibilities outside of the office. Time away from work allows us to recharge and be fully present for our patients when we are in the clinic.
