Our agency has highly-qualified service providers who bring valuable experience and strong therapeutic skills to the counties of Nassau and Suffolk as well as the five boroughs of New York City. In addition to our home care unit that provides rehabilitative services to adults, we have an extensive pediatric division with departments specializing in Early Intervention, Preschool and School Age. utilizes licensed Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Certified Special Education Teachers in public school settings, students’ alternate care placements, parochial schools and students’ homes and community settings as required by children’s IFSPs and IEPs. Each department is staffed with knowledgeable and supportive coordinators familiar with current state laws and regulations to effectively manage the needs of our clients and service providers. We embrace a team approach; we work closely with parents, fellow service providers, and teachers to consider a child’s unique needs when developing and implementing a treatment plan designed to improve their overall function and independence. We have provided more than 4 million patient visits including Early Intervention Services, Preschool Services and School Age services to students throughout Long Island and New York City.
