Thank you, AANA / American Association of Nurse, for putting together such an amazing show — Beantown will be a great host for , and Airway Innovations is proud to be part of it.

The exhibit floor opens today from 12:00–5:39 PM ET, and we’re here until Monday spreading the word about our AERIS® Airway to the community.

Stop by Booth 538 to learn more and get a sample. Help us spread the word: Don’t wait for obstruction. Start with AERIS®.

The AERIS Airway® works with the oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal airways you already use.

Simply place AERIS® in a standard adult Guedel OPA or NPA, and from the start of the case you have a better way to maintain patency, deliver oxygen directly to the supraglottic space, and capture reliable ETCO₂, without changing how you practice.

Don’t wait for obstruction. Start with AERIS® in an OPA or NPA. Upgrade your airway. Simplify your workflow.

If you’re a heading to , come see AERIS® in action. We’re eager to meet you at Booth 538.

For the anesthesia provider, the AERIS Airway® delivers confidence.

Confidence that you have a patent airway.

Confidence that you’re oxygenating effectively.

Confidence that you’ll detect ventilatory compromise before it becomes a problem.

And, your patients want that too.

Don’t wait for obstruction. Start with AERIS® in an OPA or NPA.

Excited to be heading to the AANA / American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology Annual Congress in Boston!

Stop by our Booth 538 (August 22–24) to see the AERIS Airway® in action.

Experience the AERIS® difference:
a patent airway via an OPA or NPA + oxygen delivery to the supraglottis + dependable ETCO₂ monitoring = safer deep sedation.

We look forward to discussing real-world use cases and providing samples to our CRNA colleagues. See you at !

Airway Innovations is honored to be one of five finalists in this year’s Rm8 iNoV8 Pitch Competition.

It will be a privilege to share why the AERIS Airway is transforming airway management with the Rm8 judges at the AANA / American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology Annual Congress in Boston. This tremendous opportunity sits on a lot of hard work from our team, and especially from our CRNA advisors, who have kept this device grounded in real practice from the start.

If you’re attending , please come hear our pitch on Sunday, August 23 at 10:45 a.m. ET. Our team and I would love to see you there.

Here are some fun facts: The oropharyngeal airway (OPA) was invented by American anesthesiologist Dr. Arthur Ernest Guedel in 1933; the modern nasopharyngeal airway (NPA) was introduced by German anesthesiologist Hans Karl Wendl in 1958. Somehow, no one received the memo that airway management devices need to evolve—until now.

The AERIS Airway®, which, when combined with a standard Guedel OPA or NPA, creates an Advanced Sedation Airway Platform that’s rewriting the rulebook on airway patency.

Meet AERIS®:
🔹 Fits seamlessly into standard Guedel OPAs and NPAs — no special equipment, no learning curve
🔹 Directs oxygen straight to the supraglottis, right where it's needed most
🔹 Delivers reliable capnography via a dedicated CO₂ sampling port—so you’re never left guessing.

Simply put: better airway management, less improvising, more confidence.

Anesthesia providers, curious what AERIS® can do in your practice? We’d love to get a sample in your hands.

We had a fabulous experience at the Military Health System Research Symposium (MHSRS) in Orlando, FL the past three days. The Airway Innovations team shared an exhibitor booth with Aerstat™ (www.aerstat.com).

It was an excellent opportunity to introduce military healthcare personnel to both the AERIS Airway® and the Aerstat™ rapid pressure system, which is designed to make administering blood products via a pressure bag more efficient in pre-hospital settings.

We received promising feedback and had valuable conversations throughout the conference. The need for practical, reliable solutions that support care in challenging pre-hospital environments was clear.

We look forward to building on these conversations and advancing opportunities to bring the AERIS Airway® and Aerstat™ to those who serve.

We’re thrilled to share that our first AERIS Airway® study has just been published, marking an important milestone for Airway Innovations and our mission to advance the practice of safer deep sedation.

A huge thank you to Dr. René Miguel Gonzalez for designing such an elegantly straightforward physiological study to demonstrate the AERIS Airway’s distinct advantages in delivering high supraglottic FiO₂ compared with standard nasal cannulas and face masks. His work clearly shows how moving oxygen delivery closer to the supraglottis can translate into substantially higher inspired oxygen levels at relatively low flow rates.

We are also deeply grateful to the editors and reviewers at Anesthesia & Analgesia Practice for their thoughtful feedback and for publishing this work in their July issue. Their support helps bring new evidence-based airway solutions into everyday practice.

This publication is the first of several AERIS Airway studies in progress as we continue to build a rigorous clinical evidence base around supraglottic oxygenation and capnography.
If you’re interested in the data, have questions about the study design or results, or would like to discuss how AERIS might fit into your procedural sedation workflow, please reach out or comment here—we’d welcome the conversation.

Anesthesia Providers, see the AERIS Airway™ in action.

This purpose-built device integrates directly into the OPAs and NPAs you already use to deliver exponentially better oxygenation and more dependable EtCO₂ monitoring than face masks or nasal cannulas.

Do you provide deep IV sedation to more challenging airway patients (higher BMI, OSA, difficult anatomy)? We'd love to send you AERIS Airway™ samples to try in your next case.

Request samples via: https://airwayinnovations.com/request-a-sample

We'll get them to you right away.
