It Started With Shoulder Rehab
Most people who got into steel club training did because of shoulder pain or shoulder mobility issues. If you know the Adex back story, then you know I did, too. What I also noticed was that the general recommended starting weight is much heavier than what anyone would use in a shoulder rehab protocol.
