The stressful world in which we live often leave us feeling overwhelmed and struggling to manage the demands placed upon us. Feelings of anxiety, depression or inability to find joy in things you once enjoyed can affect your relationships both at home, and at work. It is important during these times to focus on finding better ways to cope, manage, and recreate some balance in your life. Psychother

Our mission is to create a safe, warm, collaborative, and supportive partnership with our clients which promotes wellness, insight, interpersonal, and individual growth. At Associates in Psychotherapy we are committed to providing quality psychological treatments to individuals of all ages that may be struggling to cope with mental health disorders, emotional problems, or with some of life’s common challenges. Dr. Chaban has been practicing for over ten years in her community and out of her private offices. She has assessed and treated clients of all ages in hospitals, intermediate care facilities, correctional institutions, and alternative schools. Dr. Chaban has expertise in treating a multitude of problems that bring people into psychotherapy. She works with individuals who are struggling to manage the day to day demands of life to those struggling with mental health conditions.
