Happy birthday to my husband and the guy behind so much of Green Light 💚

Zack is the genius behind our colors, branding, and so many of the details that helped bring my vision for Green Light to life. From the very beginning, he believed in this dream and somehow always knew how to make the ideas in my head become real.

He carried endless IKEA furniture up the stairs when we moved into the clinic (while the elevator was broken 😅), hung every sign, helped create our swag, and has supported every phase of growth behind the scenes.

People see the therapy rooms, branding, camps, shirts, and all the little details but so much of it exists because of Zack’s creativity, support, patience, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

I’m so grateful I get to build this life, family, and business alongside him. Green Light would not be what it is without him 💚

Today I got to switch roles a little bit 💚☀️

Most days, I’m the SLP running speech camp. Today, I also got to be the parent of a child attending — and it was really special to experience it from the other side.

Levi had SO much success today ✨

He:
🗣️ Practiced conversation skills
🎲 Participated in cooperative play
💡 Problem solved with peers
🤝 Built connections with other kids
🎨 Made a hat
🌱 Built confidence in a supportive environment

Watching him feel successful, connected, and proud of himself was such a powerful reminder of why these camps matter so much 💚

Being both the clinician and the parent gives me such a deep appreciation for how meaningful it is when kids feel safe, supported, and truly able to thrive.

Feeling extra grateful tonight ☀️

First speech camp of the summer is officially loading at Green Light 💚☀️

The office is all set up and ready for connection, confidence building, play, laughter, and lots of communication growth ✨🧸🗣️

We love creating small, supportive groups where kids can practice interacting with peers while feeling successful and safe. Seeing friendships form and confidence grow is one of the best parts of summer at Green Light 🌈

This little one came to us because transitioning to solids felt hard and stressful 🥪🍓

Together we:
✨ Built trust around food
✨ Created positive mealtime experiences
✨ Chose foods that supported more mature oral motor skills 👅💪
✨ Worked closely with family + teachers 🤝🏡🏫

Now mealtimes feel easier, happier, and more successful 🌟😊
