Our Clinic Director of FYZICAL Crestview, Dr. Halie Quick, hosted an educational session about dry needling for the Niceville Senior Center yesterday!

How exactly does dry needling work?

- Targets trigger points in the muscle to relieve pain and improve muscle function
- Stimulates the central nervous system to release endorphins which is a natural pain reliever
- Improve blood flow to promote healing

Join us at 931 W Choctawhatchee Dr. on October 27th from 4:30 - 7:30 PM. We'll be handing out candy and will have a backdrop for some fun photos!

On October 28th at 5 PM, we will be handing out candy and popcorn to the community. Join us at 563 Hammock Trl. E. for the Trunk or Treat and showing of Hocus Pocus!
