Gooood Monday morning!! It’s that time of the year again where we get together to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy…The Murph if you’ve never done it is a workout done on Memorial Day and consists of 5 different activities.
For Time:
•1 Mile Run
•100 Pull Ups
•200 Push Ups
•300 Air Squats
• 1 Mile Run
**All exercises can be modified to fit your fitness level and or physical limitations.**

Come and join us member or non member on Monday May 25th at 9am until we finish!!! This will be open to anyone so if you have a family member or friend that wants to join bring em!!
