Today we honor the brave men and women who gave everything so that we could live in freedom. Behind every name on every memorial is a life full of dreams, a family forever changed, and a love of country so deep it carried them toward danger so that others might know peace.

The name of our clinic, LiveFree Health, carries a meaning that feels especially close to our hearts on days like today. The ability to live freely — to raise our families, pursue our dreams, and care for our neighbors — is a gift made possible by those who sacrificed more than most of us will ever be asked to give.
We are grateful beyond words. To the families who carry that loss every single day, we see you and we honor you.

We are a week late (little busy over here! 😜) but Dr. Reed, Dr. Barr, and Adrianna recently traveled to Fort Worth for a national healthcare conference. The conference focused on Chiropractic, Neuropathy, Gut Health, advanced wellness care, and how to deliver the best possible care to our community.

One thing we never want to do at LiveFree Health is become complacent. Healthcare is constantly evolving, and we believe our patients in Lake Country deserve a team that is always learning, growing, and improving.

Throughout the weekend, we had the opportunity to learn from and connect with many of the top doctors and innovators in the nation. We learned from others, shared our own knowledge and insights, and spent time discussing cutting-edge strategies, patient outcomes, new technologies, and ways to continue delivering the highest level of care possible right here in Delafield. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to bring new ideas, fresh perspectives, and advanced knowledge back home to our patients and community.

We just found out LiveFree Health made the TOP 5 for Top Chiropractor in Milwaukee’s Top Choice Awards! 🏆 BUT we aren't done yet. We want that top spot and need your help!

The funniest part is… we didn’t even know we were nominated until one of our patients told us. We are incredibly humbled and thankful to everyone who did nominate and supports our clinic. It truly means the world to our team ❤️

So while Truman celebrates turning 2 today, we’re celebrating this surprise honor right alongside him.

Big weekend for the Askren Wrestling Academy RTC athletes! 💪
A huge congratulations to Mateah Hanson, who is competing at 55 kg this weekend and has officially secured All-American status at the U.S. Open Tournament. She’ll be wrestling for 7th place tonight, and we’re cheering her on every step of the way!
We’re also wishing Evan Wick the best of luck as he competes at 79 kg this weekend. We can’t wait to watch him represent.
