We are here to give free, confidential help to people facing unexpected pregnancies. We offer pregnancy tests, ultrasound for a medical confirmation, to determine viability, & show how far along you are. We have two physical locations: DeLand and New Smyrna Beach
We have a Mobile Medical Unit coming soon! DeLand opened in 2001. NSB opened in 2016. MMU planned opening in 2022.

One of the beautiful parts of what happens at Coastal Choices is that support doesn’t stop after an appointment. Through mentoring relationships, women are met with encouragement, friendship, and ongoing care as they navigate motherhood and life.

Jody has been faithfully walking alongside moms in our community, and moments like this are a reminder that sometimes simply being present matters more than we realize.

We are grateful for volunteers who help create spaces where families feel seen, supported, and loved.

Because of you, women facing unexpected pregnancies are reminded they are not alone. Today, many celebrate the gift of motherhood because they are being supported, seen, and encouraged to choose life. And for women walking through healing and forgiveness after past abortion decisions, we remain committed to being a place of compassion, restoration, and the love of the Father.

Today we honor the women who reflect the heart of God through love, strength, compassion, and presence.

To every mother, volunteer, supporter, mentor, staff member, and woman connected to this ministry — thank you for helping create a place where women are met with hope, truth, healing, and love.

Grateful for community partners like Pioneer Chiropractic in New Smyrna Beach who continue to show up for families across Volusia County.

This was part of last year’s “Bless the Booty” diaper drive — and they’re doing it again.
