They always bring a special energy together, but we don’t always catch those moments! I was grateful to snap this one, shared among two good friends (& with their permission, of course). Wednesday mornings are so much fun 🤓 here’s a peak at our Level 2 class. Twists, inversions and standing poses. It was all about that wall today!

Though asana seems to be about what we are doing with the body, it’s really about culturing the mind and intelligence. The buddhi aspect of consciousness is what we’re working with here. And of course, the breath. Join us on Wednesdays to deepen your practice and study of Yoga and of yourSELF! ✨
