The Grand Villa communities offer wonderful features and amenities to help our residents get the most out of each day. Grand Villa offers various lifestyle o

ptions, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Respite Care. Residents only pay for the services they need and use. Our all-inclusive monthly rate covers fine dining, housekeeping, 24-hour care staff, a wide variety of activities, and much more. Our home-like environment is welcoming and inviting, with many activity choices available each day. Whether parties, classes, lectures, or excursions, there is always an entertaining and engaging option. Resident favorites at Grand Villa include exercise classes, painting lessons, and enjoying the beautiful Florida climate at our resort-style pool. Residents live in comfortable private or companion apartments that range in size from spacious studios to large one bedrooms. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! 🍋 Our Memory Care residents mixed up a refreshing batch of homemade lemonade, adding just the right amount of sweetness along the way.

It was a simple activity filled with fresh flavor, good company, and a tasty reward at the end! 🥤✨

And they’re off! 🐎 Our Memory Care residents brought the excitement of the racetrack indoors with a fun tabletop horse racing game. There was plenty of cheering, friendly competition, and anticipation as everyone rooted for their horse to cross the finish line!

History, hospitality, and a hearty German lunch! 🏛️🥨

Our residents spent the day exploring local history at the Sanford Museum before heading to Hollerbach’s German Restaurant for a well-earned lunch. A little culture, a lot of flavor, and plenty of good company made for one wunderbar outing!

A taste of Puerto Rico—without leaving home! 🇵🇷☂️

Our Memory Care residents enjoyed a Puerto Rico-themed meal inspired by the colorful Umbrella Street in downtown San Juan. With bright umbrellas overhead and delicious island-inspired flavors on the table, the dining room felt like a little getaway to the Caribbean!

Our lobby and private dining room flooring project is officially complete, and the finished spaces look wonderful. We’re excited to share a few photos of the project coming together!

Flowers that never wilt—and creativity that keeps growing! 🌼🎨 Our residents had fun bringing their 3D flower pictures to life with bright colors, layered details, and plenty of personal flair. The finished creations were as cheerful as the afternoon itself!

Here's another look at all the Happy Hour fun! 🍹👡 Our flip-flop toss challenge had residents cheering each other on, sharing plenty of laughs, and proving that a little friendly competition never goes out of style. Safe to say these flip-flops were made for more than just walking! 😄

Happy Hour had a tropical twist! 🍹🌴 Our Memory Care residents enjoyed mocktail margaritas, margherita pizza courtesy of Daytona Health and Rehab, and a flip-flop toss challenge that brought plenty of fun to the afternoon. Good food, good company, and just the right amount of friendly competition!
