We’re proud to partner with Florida Access Network, an organization dedicated to ensuring access to reproductive care and support across Florida. As part of this partnership, our office stocks and assembles reproductive kits that to be distributed directly to community members who need them most.
We believe mental health care doesn’t exist in isolation, and supporting access to reproductive health is deeply connected to emotional wellbeing, dignity, and autonomy.
We’re grateful to work alongside organizations doing meaningful, compassionate work—and to have the ability to bring needed resources to our community.

Our team is growing!

✨ Meet Trish! ✨
We’re excited to welcome Trish, our new student intern at Solid Ground Counseling. Trish joined us earlier this month and is currently working toward her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
As part of her training, Trish is offering free counseling sessions to a limited number of clients. This is a wonderful opportunity to receive compassionate support while also helping her grow in her journey as a counselor.

Things may feel heavy right now. It is easy to feel stuck under the weight of all that is happening across the nation and across the world.
This is a reminder that we are not expected to carry it all but we all have a part to play.

You can be a force for justice or a force of oppression, but there is no middle ground.

Think about ways, big and small, that you can impact change and then, take action.

Silence, avoidance, and ambivalence are all tools of oppression.

Many of our clients struggle to grasp on as tightly as possible to stay in control. This may look like:
-People pleasing
-Perfectionism
-Over-Functioning
-Burn-out
-Struggle with Relationships/Communication
Pay attention to the areas of your life where you may be grasping. Set an intention to slow down this week and focus on gently holding from a space of acceptance and surrender.
