Cheers to Summer!🌟☀️
Yesterday we enjoyed quite a party— our Sunshine and Citrus Soirée was a hit! We served sugar cookies and lemon cheesecake (thank you to our Culinary Team!!) with a lemonade bar as an extra special treat! Scotty Heiserman lit up our afternoon with songs all about sunshine and had a couple of our residents play along on the tambourine! The dining room was decorated with all sorts of citrus themed items and we are happy to say the event brought lots of smiles to our community! 🍋🎶🍊

What a BEAUTIFUL day it was yesterday on Lake Minnetonka! Thanks to Chaska Area Fishing with Friends, some of our residents spent the morning fishing on the pontoon! It was the perfect day— not too hot, not too cold, and the lake was smooth as glass. We lost count of how many fish we caught (we threw them all back) but we also saw some ducks and a loon while we were on the boat. Our driver also came with us and went fishing for the first time ever! It was a great morning and we are looking forward to our next trip already! 🎣🐟🦆🛥️🌊

Happy 4th of July! This afternoon we enjoyed Sundaes and Sparklers on the patio— the ice cream sure was a treat with the heat!
