Im so greatful I got to attend todays seminar, lunchin and trade show at The Otesaga in Cooperstown NY. I got to meet some new people and people I don't always get to see. I collected alot of business cards and learned about some really amazing programs for buyers. Which I will share in different post.
Todays topics included:
1. Cultural Competency; A Real Estate Perspective (2 Hours CE)
2. Implicit Bias; How the Mind Makes Decisions (2 Hours CE) both counted towards my continuing education I will need when it comes time to renew my Real Estate license. Our instructor for the day was Freddimir Garcia. He made it enjoyable to sit through the 4 hrs without wanting to fall asleep.

People never cease to amaze me.
Today I was driving and someone hit a chicken in front of me not really hit it the chicken kind of bounced off of its Tire so I stopped that car did stop took the chicken to the woman as she's screaming at me explain to her I didn't hit her chicken still like going off instead of saying thank you for stopping and getting my chicken seriously just say thank you it wouldn't have been that hard.
