Helping mommas is my absolute passion, heres why…

- I get to hold the mom while everyone else is there for baby, I am there for mom(and dad/baby).

- I get to see the relief on moms face when i offer labor combs or robozo method (and more)

- I get to earn trust and be there for moms during such a sacred event and im honored

Lets talk BIRTH AFFIRMATIONS:

These can be so powerful.

For a lot of moms , they can make a big impact with their birth.

• I love when moms break out those affirmation cards around their birth space whether it be hospital birth or home birth as a reminder that they are powerful.

• Birth affirmations give a verbal focal point, and sometimes a visual one as well. I have had some moms create their own version of birth affirmations while still pregnant or even having their family or friends make them.
