💗 A Sweet Surprise for a momma to be! 👶🩷
Today our residents gathered together to celebrate someone who means so much to all of us—our own Gaby—as she prepares to welcome her sweet baby girl! The morning was filled with laughter as everyone made their best guesses on the baby's birthday, weight, and length. Our residents also shared their love by signing and writing heartfelt messages in children's books, creating keepsakes that Baby Lorraine will be able to treasure for years to come. Congratulations, Gaby and Robert! We can't wait to meet your little girl and are so grateful we could celebrate this exciting chapter with you. 💕📚🎀

What a wonderful Fourth of July celebration with a cookout, great company, and a heartfelt presentation of the colors by the Delaware County Veterans Association Color Guard. Their ceremony was a meaningful reminder of the sacrifices made for the freedoms we celebrate today. We are especially grateful to celebrate alongside a generation that has lived and helped shape so much of our nation's history. 🇺🇸

⚓️⛵️Full speed ahead for our Happy Hour Regatta! Earlier this week, our residents put their creativity to work painting their own wooden sailboats. Today, it was time to see whose masterpiece could navigate the current as we raced them down our waterfall!
The competition was fierce, the laughter was nonstop, and everyone enjoyed nautical-themed treats, including delicious crab cake sliders and beautifully decorated cupcakes. 🦀🧁

A thank you note to this incredible management team ❤️ Over the past couple of weeks, they've done whatever was needed to help make our 15th Anniversary celebration and Employee Appreciation Week a success. They washed employee cars, cooked made to order meals for break times, led games and activities, handed out prizes, and somehow managed to pull off an awesome family luau in the middle of it all. Anyone who works in healthcare knows that our days are already busy, unpredictable, and often emotional. Adding a full week of special events and celebrations to the calendar doesn't make the regular responsibilities disappear—it simply means finding a way to do both. What I appreciate most is that this team never complains. They roll with the crazy schedules, jump in wherever they're needed, and always put our residents and team members first.
I'm grateful for their flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to go the extra mile to make our community a special place to live and work. Thank you all for helping create so many memories for our residents, team mates, and each other- I’m so grateful to work alongside of you! ❤️Carrie

Today’s appreciation event was all fun and food! Jeff and Carrie served up a breakfast spread of pancakes, Belgian waffles, bacon, sausage, and yogurt parfaits for our amazing team. Everyone also got a chance to test their luck with our punch cup game—punch through the tissue paper and discover the surprise prize hidden inside! 🎉 As we continue our week of 15 Years in Paradise: Celebrating the Heart of Our Team, we're grateful for the dedication, compassion, and laughter our team brings each day. Thank you for making The Inn such a special place for our residents and each other ❤️🌺

🌴🌺 15 Years in Paradise – What a Celebration It Was! 🌺🌴
Mother Nature had her own plans for our luau, but a little rain wasn't going to stop the fun! When the weather rolled in, we moved the party to the porch and the band played on! Residents, families, team members, and friends came together to celebrate 15 amazing years of serving the Orange Township community, and the food, laughter, music, dancing, and smiles never missed a beat.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our anniversary celebration so memorable. We are incredibly grateful for the residents who call our community home, the families who trust us, and the team members whose hearts make this place so special every day.

🌴☀️ 15 Years in Paradise: Celebrating the Heart of Our Team ☀️🌴 As we celebrate 15 wonderful years of serving our residents and families, we wanted to take time to recognize the people who make it all possible—our incredible team members! It was a beautiful day to kickoff Employee Appreciation Week with a cookout filled with delicious food, beach-themed games, laughter, and lots of fun prizes! Team members had the chance to gofishing to win everything from beach towels and candles to extra PTO and even the opportunity to choose a manager to take over a task they'd rather not do for the day! 😄🏖️
For 15 years, our team has been the heart of our community, bringing compassion and care to every resident and family we serve. We are so grateful for each person who helps make our community feel like home.
