SourcePoint: Thrive after 55 Our mission is to help our Delaware County, Ohio community set a course to live well as they age. We provide free resources and support for family caregivers.

SourcePoint provides in-home care that helps older adults live safely in their own homes, including services like Meals on Wheels, help with chores, rides to medical appointments, home safety checks, emergency response systems, and more. We are also your source for both fun and fitness—our 44,000-square-foot community center is designed for adults ages 55 and better to focus on health and wellness

, education, creativity, and recreation amongst friends. SourcePoint proudly serves all of Delaware County, including Ashley, Delaware, Galena, Kilbourne, Lewis Center, Ostrander, Powell, Radnor, Shawnee Hills, and Sunbury, as well as portions of Columbus, Dublin, and Westerville within county lines. SourcePointer had a FAN-tastic behind-the-scenes tour of Ohio Stadium on Thursday. The stadium was buzzing with activity as preparations for the first game of the season were underway. It was such a thrill to walk out the The Ohio State University Marching Band entrance ramp and onto the brand-new field, all set for Saturday's football action.

The group toured the north rotunda, recruitment center, and press box, and the views from the 50-yard line were incredible. This trip included a bonus stop at The Flag Lady in Clintonville. It is always fun to support local businesses, but for Buckeye fans, this pit stop was even more special. Since 1984, this store has been the source of the impressive OSU flags that mascots and players proudly wave on game days!

🌟2026 Grantee Spotlight: NAMI Mid-Ohio

Congratulations to the National Alliance on Mental Illness Mid-Ohio, the local affiliate of NAMI, for securing a $29,000 grant to support recovery and educational programming for individuals with mental illness and their families.

🩵According to Mental Health America, more than two million Americans aged 65 and older suffer from some form of depression. NAMI programs, presentations, classes, and advocacy serve as a foundation for help and support. SourcePoint is pleased to provide a $20,000 grant to assist with operations and food expenses for older adults in need.

💜Delaware County’s older adults benefit from the pantry's volume and variety of nutritious food. Based on historical data, more than half of those served are age 55 and older. The organization strives to provide a consistent variety of fresh produce and healthy food in response to the health concerns many older clients are experiencing. Be sure to join us on Friday this week for our special luncheon: Breakfast for Lunch!
Invite a friend, bring an appetite, and indulge in a delicious variety of hearty options prepared by our top-notch culinary team. Plus, don’t forget to swing by our photo booth for some fun pics with your friends!🥓🥞

SourcePoint’s Café 55 is a place for people ages 55 and older to eat lunch and have fun! Café 55 is open to anyone in the community for lunch (11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) For Delaware County residents aged 55+, lunch is available on a donation basis with proper paperwork (suggested donation: $5). Those under 55 or guests of a SourcePoint member may purchase lunch for $8.

Please note that items may change based on availability; however, we strive to closely adhere to these menus and occasionally add extra items for the day.

🌟2026 Grantee Spotlight: Humane Society of Delaware County Pet Care Assistance Program 🐾

SourcePoint is pleased to provide a $10,000 grant for the Pet Care Assistance Program of HSDC. The program serves older adult pet owners in Delaware County by providing low-cost or free veterinary care to help keep pets healthy.

🐾HSDC will administer free vaccines for dogs and cats to Delaware County residents aged 55 and older during a DRIVE-THRU VACCINE CLINIC at SourcePoint on Thursday, September 24, 2:30-4:30 p.m. Pets and owners will stay in their cars while HSDC staff come to their vehicles to administer vaccines.
