We’re incredibly grateful for the trust our patients place in us every day.

Hearing how that care translates into real changes in how our patients feel, function, and live is why we do what we do.

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to share their experience. Your feedback means more to our team than you know.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) uses your body’s own healing potential.

It starts with a simple blood draw. Your blood is processed to concentrate platelets, which contain growth factors involved in tissue repair. That platelet-rich plasma is then injected into the targeted area.

PRP has been studied for applications including:

→ Joint pain and osteoarthritis
→ Tendon and ligament injuries
→ Hair restoration
→ Soft tissue healing

PRP isn’t the right choice for everyone, but for the right patient, it may be a valuable treatment option.

Have you been told “your labs are normal” but you don’t feel normal?

If you’ve ever left with more questions than answers, this is for you.

Normal is a math term. Middle 95%. Not optimal.

Your T has a clock. Same man can swing up to 50% from AM to PM.

And Total T alone doesn’t tell you what’s usable.

One marker rarely tells the story. Patterns do.

Slide 6 is the 4-question filter we use for every review:
Timing, Free, Pattern, Fit.
Save it for your next draw.

Labs + Symptoms + Context = Answer.

The goal isn’t better numbers. It’s better health.

For educational purposes, not medical advice.

Earned, Not Given. 78 lbs. 6 months.

Damon did the work. We made sure his hormone levels weren’t working against him along the way.

Real review. Real patient.

Growth hormone plays an important role in normal physiology, supporting body composition, muscle and bone health, tissue repair, and metabolism.

GHRH, Sermorelin, and Tesamorelin are often grouped together—but they’re not the same molecule.

All three interact with the body’s natural growth hormone pathway, but they’re built differently.

Natural GHRH → The hormone your body naturally produces.

Sermorelin → A synthetic peptide containing the biologically active portion of GHRH.

Tesamorelin → A modified full-length GHRH analog designed to better resist enzymatic breakdown.

Those structural differences influence how long each molecule remains active and help explain why they aren’t interchangeable.

This isn’t about which peptide is “better.”

It’s about understanding how they’re designed, how they behave, and why those differences matter.

Which peptide should we break down next? Let us know in the comments below.

Good treatment starts with good information.

There is a significant amount of hormone-related information online that is outdated or incorrect.

Our approach is to test, not guess.

We combine symptoms, comprehensive lab testing, and clinical history to build an individualized plan.

Here are five common misconceptions we address each week.

Testosterone and nandrolone decanoate are often discussed together, but they are not interchangeable. While both have anabolic and androgenic properties, differences in their metabolism, physiologic effects, and clinical applications allow them to serve distinct roles in patient care.

Understanding these differences is essential when evaluating the potential benefits, risks, and appropriate use of each therapy. As with any hormone treatment, the right approach depends on the individual, their symptoms, laboratory findings, treatment goals, and ongoing medical monitoring.

For a deeper discussion on nandrolone decanoate—including what it is, how it works, potential benefits, clinical risks, and the research behind it—watch our full YouTube video (link in bio).

How did MOTS-c help mice resist weight gain?

In this clip, we review an animal study where older mice on a high-fat diet receiving MOTS-c were able to resist diet-induced obesity—not because they ate less or moved more, but because researchers observed an increase in energy expenditure through heat production (thermogenesis).

These findings come from animal research, but they help explain why MOTS-c is being studied for metabolism, obesity, and healthy aging.

With MOTS-c included in the FDA’s peptide review, it’s a great time to look beyond the headlines and understand what the research actually shows.

Can a peptide help maintain cognitive performance during mental fatigue?

In this clip, we review a 30+ year-old placebo-controlled study that examined intranasal Semax in healthy adults.

Participants completed memory testing before and after an 8-hour work shift. Researchers reported that the Semax group outperformed the placebo group on measures of correct responses immediately after the shift and again 24 hours later.

As with any single study, these findings should be considered within the broader body of research—but they remain one of the early clinical studies that sparked interest in Semax.

With Semax under FDA review today, we’re revisiting some of the research that has made it one of the most discussed neuropeptides.
