**Stop blaming yourself. Start asking better questions.**
For a long time, I thought better health meant working harder.
Eat cleaner.
Exercise more.
Be more disciplined.
So when progress slowed, I assumed I was the problem.
Then I started learning more about how the body actually works.
I discovered that nutrition is only one piece of the picture. Sleep, stress, recovery, medications, hormones, gut health, and even daily routines can all influence the results you seeโor don't see.
That changed the way I approach every health decision.
Today, I don't start by asking, *"What's the best diet?"*
I start by asking, *"What information am I missing?"*
That single question has changed how I coach, how I make decisions for myself, and how I help others understand their own health.
Sometimes the next breakthrough doesn't come from trying harder.
It comes from seeing the whole picture.
Have you ever learned something that completely changed the way you approached your health?
I'd love to hear your story in the comments.
