Lori's Universal Flow 500 RYT - All levels. Pop Up Yoga Events. Born and raised in New Jersey, I completed my yoga training at Freehold Yoga Center in 2012.

Recently, I achieved certification in aqua yoga and am excited to bring this new dimension to South Florida starting in July 2023. In April 2024, I also became certified in chair yoga. Additionally, I am trained in Tai Ji Quan, Moving for Better Balance, integrating its principles into my holistic approach to wellness. You can find my class schedule and events on my website. Keep an eye out for spontaneous pop-up yoga sessions, and look forward to upcoming yoga retreats beginning in 2025. Join me for full moon yoga on the beach at Oceanfront Park in Boynton Beach. My heart was truly heavy having to cancel yesterday’s fundraiser. I did my very best to spread the word everywhere, but if you showed up and I wasn’t there, please know how truly sorry I am. ❤️ I would never want anyone to feel disappointed or make a trip for nothing. Thank you for your understanding and for always supporting this beautiful mission. 🙏💕

🌕 A LITTLE CHANGE OF PLANS TONIGHT 🌧️

With the threat of thunderstorms and high winds, we’ve made the decision to cancel tonight’s Full Moon Yoga fundraiser at Oceanfront Park. Safety comes first! ❤️

My heart is so grateful for everyone who planned to join us in bringing love, light, and support to our breast cancer warriors. 🎀

Although we won’t be gathering under the full moon tonight, we can still share our love and make a difference. 💗 Thank you for understanding and for being part of this beautiful community.

The moon will shine again, and we’ll come together soon! 🌕🙏💗

🌕💗 HAPPY SUNDAY MORNING! 💗🌕

Still keeping my fingers crossed for a beautiful evening on the beach, with the full moon rising and our hearts coming together for a beautiful cause! 🤞🌕✨

This time, it’s about SO much more than coming to the beach to do yoga. It’s about SHOWING UP. For our community. For our warriors. For each other. 💗🎀

It’s about taking a moment to heal ourselves through yoga, guided meditation, a beautiful Sound Bath, and Reiki healing. But most importantly, it’s about helping our breast cancer warriors who are fighting battles no one should have to face alone.

No one should have to worry about how they’re going to put groceries on the table or get to their doctor while fighting cancer. 💕

So today, let’s come together, spread some love, raise some awareness, and make a difference. Every donation matters. Every act of kindness matters. And every single one of us can help. 🙏💗
