What happened to ”The Golden Years”???? I love my seniors and with 30 years of experience helping seniors improve the quality AND length of their lives…The “Golden Years” aren’t anywhere near a given!!! In fact, it’s quite the opposite…..so many find their golden years plagued with medical appointments, pain, medications (And All The Side Effects), discontent, friends dying, loneliness, functional decline, weakness, falls, and just overall REDUCED capacity to travel and participate in activities that bring joy!!!!

That’s what Dr Joe does!!!! He puts the “Golden” back into peoples’ “Golden Years”….
One tablespoon of Love,

a half a cup of compassion,

16 ounces of knowledge,

20 barrels of skill,

and a whole lot of Inspiration!!!

Life doesn’t have to be so “declining”….

As this new year approaches ……

Clean your slate…..

Refresh your mind……invest time in understanding your reactivity to circumstances.

Love your human body….Get rid of all toxins and “crutches” you habitually ingest into your “microbiome”

Move more. No pressure of the perfect exercise program or the expectations of an outcome….just move more. Your Heart and Lungs and ALL cells need more blood flow and oxygen and your joints and muscles need mobility.

Change your mind. Become peacefully less reactive. Heal your deepest self mindfully and nutritionally. Preserve your health while you still have that opportunity.

Love people. Serve others. Just be grateful. 2024!
