Dr. Danielle Manolakos prides herself on being a versatile dermatologist who enjoys the diverse aspects of cosmetic, surgical, and general dermatology. Practicing in South Florida, she has a special interest in skin cancers often caused by the sunny climate and cosmetic aids such as Botox and fillers that can help patients look their best. It’s her top priority to educate her patients to help them
take every precaution in order to prevent skin cancer and to detect its symptoms early on, when treatment is much more effective. Treating your skin is just the beginning. Dr. Manolakos’s osteopathic background allows her to treat the entire patient in addition to the skin issue that prompts their visit to the Gold Coast Dermatology Center. Combining professional experience and a compassionate bedside manner help her give each patient the excellent personalized treatment they need and deserve. Dr. Manolakos received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton; her Masters in Public Health and medical degree were earned at Nova Southeastern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. Upon finishing medical school, she completed a family practice residency and became board certified as a Family Physician. Dr. Manolakos then went on to complete her Dermatology residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center. Dr. Manolakos’s leadership skills naturally lead her to hold the position of Chief Resident during both of her residencies. Dr. Manolakos is a board certified Dermatologist certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology, a fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatological Surgery, the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, the Palm Beach County Medical Society, and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
