May is Mental Health Awareness Month — an important reminder that caring for your mental and emotional well-being is an essential part of your overall health.

At Whitfield Regional Hospital and The Whit Family Clinics, we are committed to supporting the health of our patients, families, and community — both physically and mentally. Life can bring challenges that affect emotional wellness, and it’s important to know that help and support are available.

This month, we encourage everyone to:
💚 Make time for self-care
💚 Reach out to someone who may need support
💚 Speak openly about mental health
💚 Seek professional care when needed

Mental health matters every day, not just in May. Together, we can continue creating a caring and supportive community where no one feels alone.
