💚🏆 Celebrating Excellence at Greencroft Communities!

Last week, we gathered for our Annual Board Dinner at the Studebaker National Museum in South Bend—a wonderful setting to reflect on our legacy, celebrate the past year, and look ahead to the future! A special thank-you to the Greencroft Foundation, our team members, and volunteers who helped make this evening possible. ✨

We were proud to recognize several communities for their outstanding work!

🥉 Bronze Chair Awards: Greencroft Middlebury and Windsor of Savoy
🥈 Silver Chair Award: Great Lakes Christian Homes

These awards celebrate excellence across our five pillars of success: Service, Quality, People, Finance, and Growth.

🌟 Two Innovation Award Winners!

Congratulations to Oak Grove for its Grand Rounds program, bringing clinical leaders and frontline caregivers together to strengthen communication and improve resident care.

We also congratulate Greencroft Goshen for The Guber, a resident-focused transportation service that has grown from 24 rides per month in 2023 to 199 rides per month today! Powered by resident volunteers and now free for all residents thanks to a corporate sponsor 🚌💚

These achievements remind us that meaningful progress happens when people work together, think creatively, and keep residents at the heart of every decision.

Congratulations to all our award recipients, including Beth Ingram and the Oak Grove team, and Kim Harden and her team at Greencroft Goshen! Here’s to another year of innovation, collaboration, and making a difference across our communities. 💚

Thanks to the Greencroft Communities Foundation, Carrie enjoyed a special outing to Olive Garden with her daughter! The two shared a delicious meal, enjoyed some one-on-one time together, and even brought home leftovers for a tasty lunch the next day. 😊❤️

Last week, our residents enjoyed a little bit of everything! From making delicious pizzas and getting to pet and hold some adorable animals to enjoying live music from a talented singer, there was no shortage of smiles and excitement. 😊
