All Aboard Early Learning Academy is excited to welcome 2 Lead Teachers to our growing team! 🚂💙❤️

We’re looking for dependable, patient, positive, and caring individuals who genuinely love working with young children and want to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Our Lead Teachers will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, building positive relationships with children and families, and working as part of a team to provide quality care and learning experiences.

✨ What we’re looking for:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Dependable, patient & positive attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• CPR/First Aid preferred
• CCCBC background check required

All Aboard Early Learning Academy is looking for a loving, dependable, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team!

✨ Position: Toddler Teacher
✨ Schedule: Full-Time
✨ Experience: Previous childcare/daycare experience preferred
✨ Requirements:
• Must be dependable & punctual
• Must enjoy working with young children
• Must be patient, nurturing, and energetic
• Must be able to maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Must be willing to complete required background checks

📚 Responsibilities include:
• Providing loving and attentive care to toddlers
• Following our Frog Street curriculum
• Planning and leading age-appropriate activities
• Maintaining a clean and organized classroom
• Communicating with parents and staff
• Helping children learn, grow, and develop in a positive environment
