Myth: Sunscreen is only needed when it’s hot and sunny.
Fact: UV rays can still affect your skin on cloudy or cooler days.

Myth: Higher SPF means you don’t need to reapply.
Fact: Sunscreen wears off. Reapply every 2 hours, or sooner after swimming or sweating.

Myth: Sunscreen alone is enough.
Fact: Shade, hats, sunglasses, and protective clothing add important protection.
