🇺🇸 Holiday Weekend Hours 🇺🇸
We will be open **24 hours starting Friday at 5:30 PM through Monday at 7:30 AM** for the Fourth of July holiday weekend.
We know this weekend can be stressful — and sometimes dangerous — for pets, so here are a few pro tips to help keep them safe:
🎆 **Fireworks & Noise**
Keep pets indoors during fireworks, even if they normally do well outside. Make sure doors, gates, and fences are secure, and consider using a quiet room, TV, fan, or white noise to help drown out the sound.
🏷️ **ID Tags & Microchips**
Make sure your pet is wearing a collar with updated ID tags. If they are microchipped, double-check that your contact information is current.
🌭 **Cookout Safety**
Avoid giving pets bones, fatty foods, corn cobs, alcohol, grapes, onions, chocolate, or anything with xylitol. These can cause serious illness.
☀️ **Heat Safety**
Keep pets out of the midday heat, provide plenty of fresh water, and never leave them in a parked car — even for a few minutes. Watch for heavy panting, weakness, vomiting, drooling, or collapse.
🐾 **Pavement Check**
If the pavement is too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws. Walk pets early in the morning or later in the evening when temperatures are cooler.
We hope everyone has a safe and happy Fourth of July weekend! If your pet has an emergency, we’ll be here. ❤️🐾
