Today marks an important milestone for our hospital partner, Texoma Medical Center! After opening in 1965 as Memorial Hospital, the facility was renamed Texoma Medical Center 50 years ago today, on Sept. 16, 1976.

Shortly after the name change, our own Dr. Robert Sanders, an internal medicine physician, joined TMC and witnessed the hospital's growth firsthand. He recently spoke with KTEN about how the hospital has evolved over the years. Tune in tonight to hear his reflections and insights!

We are so happy to share that Tricia Bartley is our newest Service Excellence Champion! Trica has built strong and lasting relationships with our business partners who utilize our Occupational Health and Workers’ Compensation services across our Urgent Care clinics and provider offices. She works closely with each partner to address billing concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Through these efforts, she has reduced Occupational Health and Workers’ Compensation accounts receivable.

Over the past year, Trica has played a key role in revamping a previously ineffective billing system, delivering measurable improvements and successfully decreasing past-due balances. Her dedication, combined with her proactive approach, has made a meaningful impact on our revenue cycle operations.
