A bit of an introduction to who I am and what I do!
___________
I became a therapist because I came to understand firsthand just how deeply our relationships shape our lives—and how much is possible when we are willing to understand, repair, and grow within them. That experience led me to believe that meaningful change rarely happens by accident. Our relationships require intention, understanding, and a willingness to do something different.
I believe connection matters in every season of life. Whether you are working through challenges as an individual, couple, or family, or navigating the transitions that come with life, therapy can provide a space to slow down, understand the patterns that have developed, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and the people who matter most.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest without judgment and where we can work together to understand what is happening beneath the surface. I bring professional training and clinical experience to the room, but I also bring my humanity. Sitting across from you is a real person who understands that life can be painful, complicated, and messy—and who will walk alongside you through it.
Together, we will explore the patterns and habits that may be keeping you stuck and identify practical, meaningful ways to create lasting change. I work with individuals, couples, and families, with particular areas of focus in relationships and relational challenges, as well as supporting adults in later life as they navigate change, connection, purpose, and the transitions of aging.
