Good Morning!
This week will be the last week at our current location, Then the office will be closed from June 26 to July 5th so that I can open the new location at 502 N. Locust (in Strittmatter Counseling) as well as take a vacation. If you will need a medication refill before July 6 please have your pharmacy send the request in this week. If you need to have an appointment before July 6th then you need to also schedule this week. We will be closing early on Thursday.

As of now the schedule at the new office will be:
Monday 8:30 to 3:30
Tuesday 8 to 6
Thursday 8:30 to 3:30
Wednesday will be televisits only from 8:30 to 330
Saturdays will vary but I will be open July 11th from 8 to 2

The clinic has appointments available in the afternoon for today and tomorrow. If you want to get seen with no wait, feel free to get on the schedule. You can schedule or text the front office and they will put you on the schedule

Clinic Update: Transition to a Hybrid Care Model

Beginning this month, the clinic will start transitioning to a hybrid model that combines telehealth and in-person visits.

For concerns such as lab review appointments, medication refills, and management of conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other routine follow-up care, telehealth visits will be available and encouraged when appropriate.

If you are due for a wellness physical, well-woman exam, school physical, or other elective in-person service, we encourage you to schedule during the month of June, as we will have increased availability for in-person appointments during this transition period.

Starting in July, in-person clinic hours will be reduced as we move into our new hybrid model. We will continue to offer high-quality care through a combination of telehealth and limited in-person appointments based on your healthcare needs.

The clinic will be closed Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. So if you need a refill request or need to be seen, you need to do it this coming Saturday or Monday and Tuesday. I will be on a mini vacation and will not have Internet the entire time but it’s also called a vacation so I won’t be running the clinic while I am whale watching.
