Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an intensive, family-focused program designed to support youth ages 12–17 who are experiencing serious behavioral challenges. Rather than focusing solely on the teen, MST works with the entire family to strengthen relationships, improve behaviors, and create a more positive home environment. Licensed MST therapists provide free in-home services, meeting with families multiple times per week and offering flexible evening and weekend appointments to accommodate busy schedules. Through individualized support over a 3-to-5-month period, MST helps families build skills and stability while reducing the risk of out-of-home placement and future involvement with the justice system.

Too often, men carry their struggles in silence. This month, we want to remind every man that no one should have to face life's challenges alone. By encouraging open conversations and reducing stigma, we can create a culture where men feel supported, heard, and empowered to prioritize their well-being. If you or someone you know is struggling, reaching out can be the first step toward healing.

Today, we recognize National Loving Day, a day that commemorates the 1967 Supreme Court decision in Loving v. Virginia, which struck down laws banning in*******al marriage and affirmed the right to marry regardless of race.

National Loving Day serves as a reminder of the importance of equality, inclusion, and respect for all people. By celebrating diversity and embracing one another's differences, we help build stronger, more connected communities.
