I'm a Yoga Teacher, Aerial Yoga Master Trainer & Instructor, Dancer, Dancer Instructor/Choreographer and private fitness trainer. I've created and teach a 40-Hour Aerial Yoga Instructor Certification Course in the U.S. I represent Kate Hudson's Fitness Apparel company, Fabletics, as a Master Trainer. I continue to study under Shanon Buffington, an Initiate of the Himalayan Institute, in Advanced Yoga Studies.
