My Neighbor Totoro stole my heart. 💚

This beautiful film captures the wonder of childhood, the strength of sibling relationships, and the resilience of a family facing difficult circumstances. It reminds us that even during uncertain times, imagination, connection, and moments of joy can help us find hope.

As therapists, we're often reminded that children process the world through play, relationships, and creativity—and this movie celebrates all three in such a meaningful way.

I highly recommend it for families and anyone who appreciates stories that honor children's emotional worlds.
