This Texas Beacons of Excellence (TBE) testimonial highlights the Klein ISD Bridge Center, where transition-age youth with disabilities are building the skills and confidence they need to prepare for the world of work.

We’re so proud and honored to have been part of Debbie’s journey!

Her story is such a powerful reminder of what can happen when we support people with disabilities, recognize their strengths, and believe in their ability to reach their goals. Creating pathways to meaningful employment isn’t just about opening doors — it’s about providing the support, encouragement, and opportunities people need to walk through them.

We’re grateful to have supported Debbie along the way and to see her share her story and testimony. Her journey is a wonderful example of why it’s so important to invest in people, remove barriers, and believe in the potential of every person to build the career and future they envision for themselves.

Meet Ben from Amarillo, Texas!

Through the Texas Beacons of Excellence (TBE), Ben gained valuable hands-on experience during his internship with Advo Companies at Hope Village. He developed a wide range of workplace skills that prepared him for his current role at the Tri-State Fairgrounds.
