I have over 20 years experience in all areas of nutrition therapy from hospital in-patient to community programs. I believe it takes time and dedication to learn about an individual, and how all aspects of lifestyle affect their daily choices and ultimately overall wellness. I believe in a disease protective versus "dieting" approach and meeting people where they are at. I believe when the inside

One of a few spring evenings in Texas fit for a fire. We wanted more outdoor time on this beautiful day over cooking dinner. This is an “assembly meal” - just pile whatever is in the fridge and pantry on a plate with plenty of color!

Happy Easter! Another year, another bunny cake. This one made by my sister for my birthday a couple days ago, just like my momma would make for my birthdays/Easters. Easter is my favorite holiday and Spring is my favorite season. A season of resurrection and renewal, a time for refreshed mindsets and rejuvenated and restorative habits.
