I love a good PDF with a checklist.
After my first career in law enforcement: trauma, night shifts, the missed holidays, my mission now is to build the practice I needed back then but couldn't find. Healing is becoming the person we needed.
Most people don't start therapy the week they realize they need it. They sit with it for months first. Open a tab, read a few bios, close it. Tell themselves it isn't bad enough yet, or it'll settle on its own, or they'll deal with it after this quarter.
I was in that stage for a long time myself. There's nothing wrong with being in it.
So I put four of the worksheets I actually use with clients up on my site. Free. No email required.
π The Same Fight β for couples having one argument in four different costumes
π Men's Mental Health β a straight inventory, no pep talk
π Divorce Recovery β for the part after the papers nobody prepares you for
π Relationship Check-In β for when nothing's broken but something's off
Take what's useful, leave the rest. If you decide you want to talk to someone, you'll know where to find me.
