Too often, organizations treat employee well-being as a "nice-to-have" rather than a business strategy. The research tells a different story. Companies that invest in helping employees thrive—not just perform—consistently see stronger growth, greater resilience, and better organizational outcomes. Yet while nearly 9 in 10 leaders believe well-being creates a competitive advantage, only a small percentage make it a strategic priority.
